Bridford manages high value deals icenet | Jun 2008

Bridford Financial Solutions (Bridford) has gone live with icenet to manage finance applications for a range of prestige ‘supercar’ brands via its own website and call centre.

 Tim Marlow, Director, Bridford explained, “Our established reputation has been built on providing personalised customer service from the start to finish of each enquiry. We instantly liked the icenet system because of its interface to our preferred funder and the ability to simply link the software to our own website, via the icenet web service.” Tim continued “The majority of our business comes from dealers and the implementation of the icenet software allows us to keep dealers up to date with progress of the deal at critical points via automated text messages thereby enabling us to improve upon the already high levels of personal service that these high value deals demand.”

 Alex Stephen, Chief Executive, icenet commented, “Not only will the icenet solution provide increased service levels for Bridford as a result of the funder interfaces and increased automation, but also in a marketplace where customers are likely to change their car every six months, will allow them to free up time to focus on remarketing the contact base when the latest models are released and thereby increase profitability.”
