In July 1997 icenet was born as ICE-SYS aiming to provide quality software to the lending industry. Ten years on and now in Harrogate, icenet is recognised for providing high quality, high value software based on the latest web technology to the motor, personal loan and equipment finance markets.

Alex Stephen, Chief Executive of icenet commented, “This is a significant milestone for icenet and I am delighted to have seen how the company has evolved from its humble beginnings. Furthermore, our belief in fostering long term relationships with openness continues to pay off as we become increasingly relied upon by small and big finance companies alike in a number of different sectors.”

The next decade holds a great deal more for icenet as Alex explained “In 2005 we re-located our head office to Harrogate and since then we have been expanding our skill base, with experienced practitioners to meet the demand from customers. As ever in the IT sector, change is relentless and icenet’s focus over the next ten years will mirror our customers and to provide the support necessary for both our customers and ourselves to flourish.”
