icenet appoints new administrator | February 2006

ICE has appointed Leena Kinnunen as administrator in a client facing role to support all existing ICE customers.

Leena, with over six years experience in the finance industry, joined the company from the UK's largest motor vehicle retailer group to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and provide excellence in customer support. Alex Stephen, Chief Executive of ICE commented “This appointment will help support ICE during a time of rapid growth and will provide that all important central point of contact for all of our existing customers. The role will encompass all elements of support from correspondence with customers to on the spot trouble shooting and will be backed by our out of hours support line”.

Leena commented “It is an exciting time to be joining ICE and I’m looking forward to making a significant contribution to the company and in turn, the smooth running of our customers businesses”.

This appointment comes as a result of the rapid growth of ICE, which reported a significant increase in employee numbers and turnover in 2005.
