| As Account Manager, Janet is responsible for the crucial process of correctly identifying customer requirements and subsequently ensuring these are developed and delivered on time and to budget.
Janet joined icenet in 2006 from accounting software specialist CODA after three years as UK Support Manager, responsible for all UK CODA customers and a team of 24 support staff. Prior to CODA, Janet worked for SquareSum as Professional Services Director, where she was responsible for consultancy and support in the professional services market.
Janet has a further six years experience as Consultancy and Training Manager at lending administration and accounting software specialists PanCredit Systems where she was responsible for managing a team of consultants, whilst contributing to the ongoing development of the Professional Services division.
Janet is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
